Moms Holding It Together (Holiday Season Edition)

This season can be beautiful. It can even be magical. However, it can also be complete chaos.

You’re managing meals, memories, meltdowns, and a mountain of expectations.

You’re the planner, the peacemaker, the present-buyer, the freaking elf on the shelf.

And honestly? It’s a lot.

This is your space to let it out. To breathe. To be real. To connect with other moms who are also holding it together with scotch tape and snacks.

No pressure to be perfect. No pressure to come every week.

Just one hour. Online. Around lunchtime (or naptime for those with little ones).

A space where you can cry, laugh, vent, ground, and be reminded that you are not doing this alone.

Come as you are.

Pajamas, leftover breakfast, the coffee you have reheated in the microwave three times already, and overwhelmed hearts welcome.

Please Note: This is a supportive group experience, not a therapy session. While I am a licensed therapist, this event does not involve clinical services, mental health treatment, or diagnosis. These support groups are designed for personal reflection and connection in a non-clinical setting.
